توضح هذه السياسة كيفية تعامل مرقاب مع بياناتك عند استخدام الموقع وتطبيقه على أجهزة Apple. تتولى تشغيل الخدمة شركة HSB ALMUNTAJAT ALSAHIHAH FOR INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY. للاستفسارات وطلبات الخصوصية، تواصل معنا عبر asim@hsb.sa.

البيانات التي نعالجها

عند تسجيل الدخول، نعالج بريدك الإلكتروني أو رقم هاتفك، واسم الحساب ومعرّفه وبيانات التحقق اللازمة لحمايته. وعند استخدام الميزات المرتبطة بالحساب، نحفظ اهتماماتك بالمنصات والقطاعات، وتفضيلات المدة والعائد والميزانية الاستثمارية إن أدخلتها، والفرص التي شاهدتها أو حفظتها أو قارنتها أو تابعتها، وتذكيراتك وتفضيلات الإشعارات.

نعالج أيضًا التقييمات والتعليقات والردود التي ترسلها، وبلاغات المحتوى وقائمة الحظر، ورسائل الدعم وبيانات التواصل التي تزودنا بها. قد تتضمن السجلات التقنية عنوان الإنترنت ووقت الطلب ومعلومات المتصفح أو الجهاز والجلسة. وعند تفعيل إشعارات التطبيق، نعالج رمز جهاز الإشعارات ولغته وحالة تفعيله ووقت آخر استخدام.

كيف نستخدم البيانات

نستخدم البيانات لتسجيل الدخول وتأمين الخدمة، ومزامنة اختياراتك، وتخصيص الفرص والتنبيهات حسب اهتماماتك، وإرسال رموز التحقق والتذكيرات والملخصات والإعلانات التي تفعّلها، وعرض مساهمات المجتمع ومراجعة البلاغات، والرد على طلبات الدعم وتشخيص الأعطال ومنع إساءة الاستخدام.

مرقاب أداة معلومات ومقارنة؛ لا ينفذ استثمارات أو مدفوعات، ولا يطلب بيانات بطاقات الدفع أو بيانات الدخول إلى حسابك البنكي ضمن تجربة المستثمر.

المحتوى العام ومشاركة البيانات

قد تظهر تقييماتك وتعليقاتك واسم العرض للآخرين بعد مراجعة المحتوى. تجنب نشر معلومات خاصة في النصوص العامة. تُستخدم البلاغات وقائمة الحظر لإدارة السلامة، ولا تُعرض كجزء من ملفك العام.

تُعالج البيانات اللازمة لدى مزودي الاستضافة والتخزين والبريد وخدمات الرسائل عند استخدامها، ولدى Apple لتوصيل إشعارات التطبيق. قد تتم المعالجة خارج بلدك بحسب موقع مزود الخدمة. وقد نكشف البيانات إذا اقتضى التزام قانوني ذلك أو لحماية الحقوق وسلامة الخدمة. لا نبيع بياناتك الشخصية، ولا نستخدمها لتتبعك عبر تطبيقات وشركات أخرى لأغراض الإعلانات الموجهة.

التخزين المحلي والروابط الخارجية

يستخدم الموقع ملفات جلسة وتقنيات تخزين محلية لتسجيل الدخول وحماية الطلبات وتذكر تفضيلات العرض. وقد تُحمّل شعارات أو موارد من مواقع مزوديها، فتتلقى تلك المواقع بيانات الاتصال التقنية اللازمة لتحميلها. عند الانتقال إلى منصة أو بنك أو رابط خارجي، تسري سياسة الجهة الخارجية على استخدامك لخدمتها.

الاحتفاظ والحماية

نحتفظ ببيانات الحساب والنشاط اللازمة لتقديم الميزات ما دام الحساب مستخدمًا، وقد نحتفظ بالسجلات والبلاغات والنسخ الاحتياطية بالقدر اللازم للأمان ومعالجة النزاعات والالتزامات القانونية. تختلف المدة بحسب نوع البيانات والغرض منها؛ لا يعني حذف التطبيق حذف حسابك أو بياناته من الخادم. نستخدم اتصالًا مشفرًا وضوابط وصول لحماية البيانات، ولا توجد وسيلة تخزين أو اتصال تضمن أمانًا مطلقًا.

اختياراتك وطلباتك

يمكنك حذف حسابك وبياناته مباشرة من «حسابي ← حذف الحساب» في التطبيق. الحذف نهائي ويشمل التقييمات والتعليقات والاهتمامات والنشاط المحفوظ وإعدادات الإشعارات. يمكنك تعديل الاهتمامات وخيارات التواصل من حسابك، وتعطيل إشعارات التطبيق من إعدادات جهازك. لطلب الوصول إلى بياناتك أو تصحيحها أو حذف الحساب وبياناته، أو سحب موافقتك على معالجة اختيارية، راسل asim@hsb.sa من بريد الحساب مع توضيح طلبك. قد نطلب معلومات للتحقق من ملكية الحساب؛ لا ترسل كلمة مرور أو رمز تحقق. سنوضح أي بيانات يلزم الاحتفاظ بها وسبب ذلك عند معالجة الطلب.

الأطفال والتغييرات

الخدمة موجهة للمهتمين بالاستثمار وليست موجهة للأطفال. إذا اعتقدت أن طفلًا قدم بيانات شخصية، تواصل معنا لمعالجة الأمر. ننشر أي تحديث لهذه السياسة على هذه الصفحة مع تعديل تاريخها، ونبلغك بالتغييرات الجوهرية عند الاقتضاء.

This policy explains how Mirqab handles your information on its website and Apple device app. The service is operated by HSB ALMUNTAJAT ALSAHIHAH FOR INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY. Contact asim@hsb.sa for privacy questions and requests.

Information we process

When you sign in, we process your email address or phone number, account name and identifier, and verification information needed to secure access. Account features store your platform and sector interests, preferred investment duration and return, investment budget if provided, viewed, saved, compared and followed opportunities, reminders, and notification preferences.

We also process ratings, comments and replies you submit, content reports and blocked-user preferences, and support messages and contact details you provide. Technical logs may include IP addresses, request times, browser or device information, and session information. If you enable app notifications, we process the device notification token, language, enabled status, and last-used time.

How we use information

We use this information to authenticate you and secure the service, sync your choices, personalize opportunities and alerts, send verification codes and enabled reminders, digests and announcements, display and moderate community contributions, respond to support requests, diagnose problems, and prevent abuse.

Mirqab provides information and comparisons. It does not execute investments or payments and does not request payment card details or bank account login credentials in the investor experience.

Public content and sharing

Your ratings, comments and display name may become visible to others after moderation. Avoid including private information in public text. Reports and blocked-user preferences support safety operations and are not displayed as part of your public profile.

Necessary information is processed by hosting, storage, email and messaging providers when those services are used, and by Apple to deliver app notifications. Processing may occur outside your country depending on the provider's location. We may disclose information when required by law or to protect rights and service safety. We do not sell personal information or use it to track you across other companies' apps and services for targeted advertising.

Local storage and external links

The website uses session cookies and local storage for sign-in, request security and display preferences. Logos or resources may load from their providers' websites, which receive the technical connection information needed to serve them. When you visit an external platform, bank or other link, that provider's privacy policy applies to its service.

Retention and security

We retain account and activity information needed to provide features while the account is in use. Logs, reports and backups may be retained as needed for security, disputes and legal obligations. Retention varies by data type and purpose. Uninstalling the app does not delete your account or server data. We use encrypted connections and access controls to protect information; no storage or transmission method guarantees absolute security.

Your choices and requests

You can delete your account and associated data directly in the app under Account → Delete account. Deletion is permanent and includes ratings, comments, interests, saved activity and notification settings. You can adjust interests and communication preferences in your account and disable app notifications in device settings. To request access, correction, account and data deletion, or withdrawal of consent for optional processing, email asim@hsb.sa from your account email and describe your request. We may need to verify account ownership. Do not send passwords or verification codes. When handling your request, we will explain any information that must be retained and why.

Children and changes

The service is intended for people interested in investing, not directed to children. Contact us if you believe a child has provided personal information. We publish policy changes on this page with an updated date and communicate material changes where appropriate.
